Even for an almost 30-years-long career, that is a lot of music. But Nightrage have not slowed down a bit or a BPM; instead, they did the opposite! Where other bands become rusty or mild or uninteresting with age, these Greeks (and Swedes) put out a dynamic, ferocious, technically impressive, and all-around damn impressive piece of the melodeath canon with Remains of a Dead World.

Essentially, if you like your metal technically impressive, unapologetically heavy, strikingly melodic at times, and with too many riffs to count in one listen, check out Remains of a Dead World.

The new vocalist Konstantinos Togas emphasizes the overall aggression with his powerful screams, but there are also a lot of hoarse voices that add a little melody, and clean sounds by Marios Iliopoulos Fotis Benardo . It has a bit of a modern feel like the 3rd album This album is also very good. The last two songs bring it all back to life. The Japanese version bonus track is just too good.
